Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
2 c. (generous) Quickbread Mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. stick butter or margarine
1 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 c. milk

Instructions
1) Preheat Oven to 425.
2) Melt the butter in a microwave-safe container.
3) Add the sugar and egg,and mix together.
4) Then add the Quickbread Mix and stir it until it is stiff.
5) Add the milk.
6) Drop in Blueberries and gently stir until they are evenly dispersed.
7) Grease or paper 12 standard-size muffin cups.
8) Drop a roughly even amount into each cup. Even it up and scrape the bowl out.
9) Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into 1 or 2 muffins comes out clean except for berry juice.
